• How it is marked. Every appearance carries a HOUSE LISTING stamp and an amber tag. It is never blended in as a third party, never counted in any market statistic (vendor counts, pricing-transparency percentages, medians), and never placed inside a ranked position.
• How it is priced. £3,500 plus VAT for the fixed 30-day sprint. There is no automatic retainer. Any continuing work is scoped and priced separately after the sprint.
• Who operates it. ND Media Ltd is the contracting operator. Sunny Patel is responsible for SEO review and delivery quality.
• What it never does. It never affects whether a third-party vendor is listed, where it appears, what its band says, or how its features are described. Third-party listings keep the same source-labelled pricing treatment.
