White label SEO pricing transparency index
9 of 15 tracked white label SEO vendors publish a complete pricing band. 6 publish only partial or product-level prices. None was unverified at the latest check. Software is substantially easier to compare than full-service fulfilment: 7 of 8 tools publish full plan pricing, while only 1 service provider publishes a complete per-client SEO rate card.
The index records each vendor's pricing status, public band, market, named source, and check date. The evidence is designed for UK agencies planning reseller margins and for researchers who need a source they can inspect rather than an unsourced “best provider” list.
Key findings
Pricing transparency is concentrated in software. Tool subscriptions publish entry prices because buyers can compare features without scoping a campaign. Fulfilment providers sell variable delivery, which creates more quote-led pricing and fewer comparable per-client rates.
- Software has the clearest market. Seven of eight tracked software vendors publish full plan bands. BrightLocal publishes selected service prices but keeps platform plan prices on request.
- Complete service pricing is rare. SEOReseller is the only tracked full-service provider with a complete per-client SEO rate card. Its public range is $299 to $699 per client per month.
- Product prices are not retainers. FATJOE, Searcharoo, and The HOTH publish useful deliverable prices. Those figures cannot be treated as a complete monthly SEO programme without a scope comparison.
- White labelling can add a second fee. SE Ranking's Agency Pack and WebCEO's own-domain option cost extra. A comparison based only on the base plan understates the agency's real cost.
- Every tracked source was reachable. The latest review reduced the unverified count to zero. That status can change, so each source keeps its own check date.
The source ledger
The ledger below separates complete pricing from partial product anchors. “Full” means the relevant plan range is public. “Partial” means some useful prices are public but a comparable full rate card is not.

Method
White Label SEO Hub checked vendor-owned pricing or product pages on 31 August 2026. Each listing had to document a white label capability and expose either a price or an explicit non-public status. Prices remain in the currency and billing basis shown by the vendor. Annual and monthly rates are labelled when both are available.
House services are excluded from all 15-vendor figures. No price was inferred from forum comments, sales calls, search snippets, or third-party comparison pages. The full inclusion and ordering rules are published in the listing methodology.
