White label SEO reporting tools and reports
A white label SEO report is a client report produced by a third-party tool but branded entirely as your agency's: your logo, your domain, your sender address, the vendor invisible. Reporting is the largest single cluster of white label SEO searches we track, at over 12,000 monthly queries across the US and UK in our August 2026 Ahrefs dataset. It is also the cheapest white label capability to buy. Published pricing for the 8 tools below starts at $20 per client per month.
This page is a guide and a directory in one: what belongs in the report, then the tools that generate it, each with a pricing band quoted from its public pricing page and a source link.
What belongs in a white label SEO report
Clients read reports to answer three questions: is it working, what did I pay for, and what happens next. Six sections answer them; anything more is filler.
How white label reporting actually works
Every tool in the table follows the same four-step workflow; the differences are pricing model and depth of branding.
The detail that separates serious white labelling from a logo swap is the domain. A report emailed from the tool's domain, or a dashboard hosted on the vendor's URL, leaks the arrangement. The tools below that publish "custom domain" features (AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo, SEOptimer, WebCEO) let clients log in on your subdomain and receive email from your address.

| DashThis | "We remove all of DashThis branding from all your dashboards", custom domain and custom email | $44 to $429/mo | Canada | pricing page |

The tools, ranked by published entry price
Each pricing model suits a different roster shape. The entries below rank by published entry price and name the roster each model favours.
1. AgencyAnalytics: per-client pricing, from $20/client/mo
AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client per month on annual billing, with white labelling in every plan. The per-client meter stays cheap at 5 clients and prices linearly at 50. It fits agencies whose core deliverable is a branded reporting portal per client.
2. SEOptimer: audit-first reporting, $29 to $59/mo
SEOptimer sells branded audit PDFs and, on its $59/mo tier, embeddable audit forms for lead capture. Its "White Label" plan is $39/mo. Choose it for pitch-stage audits rather than recurring campaign reporting.
3. WebCEO: platform bundle, from $36/mo plus $40 own-domain add-on
WebCEO bundles reporting with rank tracking and audits, and can run "on your own domain with your company's branding" for an extra $40/mo. It suits agencies wanting tools and reports in one subscription on their own URL.
4. DashThis: dashboard tiers, $44 to $429/mo
DashThis prices by dashboard count in flat tiers and strips "all of DashThis branding" from client views. It works best when every client gets the same standard dashboard template.
5. Swydo: data-source pricing, $69 or €69/mo including 10 sources
Swydo meters connected data sources instead of clients, from €2 to €4.50 per extra source. Client count is free, so it favours small rosters with many connected platforms.
6. SE Ranking: reporting inside an SEO platform, from £76/mo plus £49 Agency Pack
SE Ranking carries "white label for platform and reporting" in its Agency Pack add-on. Buy it when rank tracking, audits, and branded reporting should live in one pounds-priced subscription.
7. Nightwatch: rank-tracking reports, white label from €159/mo
Nightwatch starts at €79/mo, and "Automate white-label reports" arrives on its €159/mo Professional plan. Shortlist it for ranking-centred reporting across many locations.
8. BrightLocal: local specialist, platform price on request
BrightLocal publishes its "White-labelling" feature but shows "Price on request" for platform plans. Its published figures are services: Managed SEO $1,299/mo, citations from $2. Budget a sales call if local SEO dominates your roster.
Free reports: what actually exists
Searches for free white label SEO reports run to well over a thousand a month in our dataset. The product mostly does not exist, because unbranding the vendor is the paid feature. The honest routes are trials and lead tools. SE Ranking, Swydo, Nightwatch, WebCEO, and BrightLocal all advertise 14-day free trials on the pricing pages we checked. A trial is enough to produce real branded reports for a pitch. SEOptimer's embedding tier at $59/mo is the cheapest published route to ongoing branded audit capture.

Frequently asked questions
- What is a white label SEO report?
- A client-facing SEO report generated by a third-party tool but branded entirely as the agency's own: the agency's logo, colours, domain, and sender address, with the tool vendor invisible. It covers rankings, traffic, conversions, and completed work, and goes out under the agency's name on a schedule.
- What is the best white label SEO reporting tool?
- AgencyAnalytics, at 20 dollars per client per month, is the cheapest dedicated reporting platform we track with white labelling in every plan. DashThis (from 44 dollars) and Swydo (69 dollars or euros including 10 data sources) price by dashboards and data sources instead of clients, which suits different rosters. No single tool is best. Match the pricing model to your client count.
- Can I get a free white label SEO report or audit?
- No, not on a fully free, unbranded-forever basis: removing the vendor's branding is the paid feature. What exists instead: 14-day free trials on most tracked tools (SE Ranking, Swydo, Nightwatch, WebCEO, BrightLocal all advertise one), and SEOptimer's embeddable branded audit forms from 59 dollars per month as a lead capture route.
- What should a white label SEO report include?
- Six sections cover what clients actually ask: a plain-English summary, ranking movement for target keywords, organic traffic and conversions, work completed that month, issues found, and next month's plan. Everything else is padding that inflates report length without answering client questions.
