White label SEO outsourcing
Outsourcing SEO costs $299 to $699 per client per month at the only published full rate card in our tracking. Deliverable-level routes are published too: links from $550 per package, branded audits from $29 per month. Outsourcing and white label are related terms with one difference that matters. Outsourcing hands the work to a third party. White label adds total invisibility, with your brand on every deliverable. This page covers the outsourcing decision itself: what it costs, who supplies it, and the QA pipeline that keeps outsourced work at your standard.
Every price on this page is quoted from a vendor's public pricing page with a checked date. We mark unpublished prices; we do not estimate them.

Outsource the work without lowering the standard
Agencies get burned on outsourced SEO through a predictable failure: the provider's floor becomes the agency's ceiling. Templated content, recycled link sources, and copy-paste audits ship because nobody inspected them before the client did. The fix is a pipeline that costs a few hours a month and no extra spend.
The inspection checklist stays short: does the deliverable match the scope, would you have shipped it yourself, and does anything in it leak the provider (footers, metadata, template phrasing). Ten minutes per deliverable protects the retainer that pays for everything.
The offshore question, without the hand-waving
Offshore outsourcing is usually sold on price. UK agencies should evaluate every overseas provider with the same three checks. Ask for a sample with branding removed. Get the scope itemised. Check the contract for non-solicitation. A provider that passes those tests deserves consideration at any address, and one that fails them is expensive at any price.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between SEO outsourcing and white label SEO?
- Outsourcing means a third party does the work, under any brand. White label SEO is outsourcing plus invisibility: the deliverables carry your agency's brand and the provider never appears. All white label SEO is outsourced. Outsourced SEO becomes white label only when the rebranding is total.
- How much does outsourcing SEO cost per client?
- The published benchmark is 299 to 699 dollars per client per month (SEOReseller's rate card, the only complete one we track). Per-deliverable outsourcing is published too: links from 550 dollars per package and branded audits from 29 dollars per month. Most other providers quote per deal.
- Should I outsource SEO offshore?
- Decide on evidence: sample quality, itemised scope, and contract terms. Offshore searches (India appears repeatedly in our dataset) reflect lower quoted prices, and the risks are the same as anywhere: opaque pricing, templated deliverables, and quality you cannot inspect in advance. Apply one test everywhere: a sample deliverable with branding removed, judged against what you would ship yourself.
- When should an agency stop outsourcing and hire?
- When the outsourced spend for one role's workload reliably exceeds the cost of employing that role, and the demand is stable. The break-even arithmetic is a client-count calculation: multiply your per-client trade rate by your roster and compare it with the loaded cost of the hire.
