White label SEO reseller programmes, compared

Of the 6 white label SEO reseller programmes this directory tracks, exactly 1 publishes a complete per-client rate card: SEOReseller, at $299 to $699 per client per month. Vendasta publishes platform minimums, The HOTH publishes a single starting figure, and the other three price by quote. A reseller programme is the contract that sits around white label fulfilment: trade rates, an ordering dashboard, unbranded deliverables, and rules on client ownership. This page compares those programmes on what their own sites publish.

The comparison stays factual. We hold no reseller account with any of these programmes. The columns cover published pricing, quoted white label features, and stated margin claims. Each row links its source.

Margin claims: what the programmes say about themselves

Margin is the pitch every programme leads with. Two put numbers on it. Both numbers are vendor marketing until independently measured.

The honest way to read a margin claim: it describes the gap the vendor expects between its trade rate and a typical retail retainer. It says nothing about your market, your sales cost, or the account management hours each client absorbs. Run the numbers against the published rate card on our pricing index before believing any percentage.

The programmes, in order of per-client transparency

1. SEOReseller: the complete rate card

SEOReseller publishes everything a margin plan needs: white label SEO at $499 per client/mo (local), $699 (national), $299 (Google Business Profile only), plus PPC and paid social tiers that fall from $499 to $199 per client with volume. Its programme markets "75% margins", white label reports, and a policy of never contacting your end client.

2. Vendasta: platform minimums, marketplace fulfilment

Vendasta's programme is a platform. Published pricing: Starter with a $99/mo minimum spend, Professional at $499/mo on a 1 year contract, Premium at $999/mo. White labelling ("add your own logo and rename Business App") starts on Professional. SEO fulfilment is bought through its marketplace on top of the platform minimum, so budget both layers.

3. The HOTH: reseller catalogue with product examples

The HOTH's reseller programme leads with private-label deliverables. Its current guide publishes content refreshes from $40, link outreach from $175, HOTH X managed SEO from $1,000, and AI Discover from $775. The prices span different products rather than one comparable SEO package.

4. Boostability: three partner routes, rates by consultation

Boostability splits its programme into reseller, referral, and strategic partner tracks, with the plain promise that "you manage the client relationship under your brand while Boostability delivers the SEO work behind the scenes". Partner rates are set in consultation. Its public retail packages ($480 to $2,000/mo) at least anchor what the delivery retails for.

5. Click Intelligence: UK programme, quote-based

Click Intelligence runs the largest UK-headquartered programme we track, describing itself as a "white label SEO partner for 500+ digital agencies". Service rates are quote-based through an account-gated shop. Its Click Insights software (from £10/mo, white label dashboards from £190/mo) is priced publicly.

6. FATJOE: UK productised programme with public placement prices

FATJOE sells productised services with UK fulfilment. Blogger Outreach and Niche Edit placements publish from $72 to $456 each. Its 10% subscription discount and unbranded reporting make those figures useful agency anchors, but they are not a full SEO retainer.

Frequently asked questions

What is a white label SEO reseller programme?
A standing arrangement where a provider sells SEO fulfilment to agencies at trade rates for resale under the agency's brand. A programme is more than a price list: it usually bundles a reseller dashboard, unbranded reports, sales collateral, and rules about who owns the client.
Which white label SEO reseller programme publishes real pricing?
SEOReseller is the only programme we track with a complete per-client SEO rate card at 299 to 699 dollars per client per month. Vendasta publishes platform minimums. The HOTH and FATJOE publish product examples rather than one comparable monthly rate card.
How much margin do reseller programmes offer?
Two programmes publish their own claims: SEOReseller markets "75% margins" and The HOTH claims "40-60% margins". Both figures are vendor marketing. Your real margin is set by your retail retainer, and the worked example on our pricing page shows the arithmetic.
Do I need a minimum client count to join a reseller programme?
Published entry bars are low. Vendasta's Starter tier carries a $99 per month minimum spend, and SEOReseller's rate card starts at one client. Volume is where the published discounts sit: SEOReseller's PPC tiers drop from $499 to $199 per client as client count grows.
